Refund policy
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
After receiving the order, the Customer has 14 days to withdraw from the contract made in the online store.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Customer is a legal entity.
All returned products must be in original packaging and undamaged. The 14-day return right can only be used if the product has not been used more than necessary to establish its nature, features, and functioning, similar to testing in a physical store.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
To return the product, a withdrawal declaration must be submitted in free form and sent to the email address info@villem.ee within 14 days of receiving the product.
The cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer, except if the return is due to the product being incorrect or defective.
The Customer must return the product within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal declaration or provide proof that they handed over the product to the carrier within this period.
The products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. The online store reserves the right to reduce the refundable amount based on the decrease in the value of the product or refuse the return if the product shows signs of use. The product must retain its necessary condition and appearance for sale.
Upon receiving the returned product, the online store will refund the Customer without delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal declaration, all payments received under the contract.
The online store may withhold refunds until it has received the returned product or until the Customer provides proof of returning the product, whichever comes first.
If the Customer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the online store, the online store is not required to refund the additional cost of the chosen delivery method.
The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the product if the price of the product in the online store was mistakenly marked significantly below its market value.
RIGHT TO FILE A CLAIM
The online store is responsible for any non-conformity or defect in the goods sold to the Customer, which existed at the time of delivery and manifests itself within two years from the date of delivery. In the first six months, it is assumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise by the online store.
The Customer must contact the online store within two months of discovering a defect by sending an email to info@villem.ee.
The online store is not responsible for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the Customer.
If a product purchased from the online store has defects, the online store will repair or replace it. If repair or replacement is not possible, the online store will refund all payments made under the sales contract.
The online store will respond to the Customer's complaint in writing or in a reproducible form within 15 days.
