DELIVERY
Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands. If your country is not listed, please contact sales@villem.eu for assistance.
Available delivery options:
- DPD parcel machines within Estonia and the EU
- Omniva parcel machines in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania
- Itella parcel machines in Estonia and Finland
- International courier service for parcels up to 10kg
Shipping costs are covered by the customer, and delivery times vary by location.
Shipping costs are covered by the Customer, and pricing is shown with the delivery method. For larger or international deliveries to other countries, the Customer and Online Store will agree on the price and terms as needed.
Domestic deliveries in Estonia typically arrive at the designated location within 14 business days from the sales contract confirmation. International deliveries outside Estonia take up to 30 calendar days. If the Online Store cannot deliver within these timeframes, it will contact the Customer to extend delivery or post an update on the homepage (holidays, vacations).
