Terms and Conditions

Online Store Villem.ee, hereinafter referred to as (the Online Store), is owned by VillemArt OÜ reg nr 16791475, address Mustakivi tee 25-911, Tallinn.

VALIDITY OF THE SALES AGREEMENT, PRODUCT AND PRICE INFORMATION
These Terms and Conditions apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.

By confirming the order, the Customer confirms that they have read these Terms and Conditions and the principles of processing Personal Data.

The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. The price of the product includes the cost of delivering the goods. All prices of goods sold in the Online Store are in euros.
  
The cost of delivering the goods depends on the Customer's location and the method of delivery.

The delivery cost will be displayed to the Customer during the order placement. Information about the product is provided directly next to the product in the Online Store.

PLACING AN ORDER

To order goods, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart.
To place an order, the required data fields must be filled in, and a suitable method of product delivery must be chosen.
The total amount payable will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods: Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay Visa/Mastercard card payments

Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS.
Payment is made outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying with a bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying with a credit card, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The Seller does not have access to the Customer's bank and credit card details. The agreement enters into force from the receipt of the amount due on the Online Store's current account.

The owner of the Online Store is the data controller of the personal data and forwards the necessary personal data for making the payment to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the product or for other reasons, the Customer will be notified as soon as possible, and the paid money (including the cost of delivery) will be refunded immediately but no later than within 14 days from the date of sending the notice.

DELIVERY
Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland.
For other international deliveries, please write to veebipoodvillem@gmail.com to find the most suitable delivery option.

The Customer has the following options for receiving the goods:
DPD Estonia parcel machines
Omniva Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania parcel machines
Itella Estonia and Finland parcel machines

The shipping costs will be borne by the Customer, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

Domestic shipments within Estonia usually arrive at the Customer's designated destination within 7 working days from the entry into force of the sales agreement.
Delivery outside Estonia takes place within 21 calendar days.
If the Online Store does not allow delivery within the specified period, the Online Store will contact the Customer to agree on an extension of the delivery time.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
After receiving the order, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days. 

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Customer is a legal person.

All returnable products must be in their original packaging and undamaged.
To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the ordered product must not be used in any other way than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in the same way as it would be allowed to test the goods in a physical store. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene.

To return the product, a free-form declaration of withdrawal from the purchase of the product must be submitted and sent to the email address veebipoodvillem@gmail.com no later than 14 days from the receipt of the product.

The cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer unless the reason for the return is that the returned product does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g., wrong or defective product).

The Customer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the declaration of withdrawal or submit evidence that they have handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.

The Online Store will reimburse the Customer immediately, but not later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, all fees received from the Customer under the contract.

The Online Store may refuse to make the refund until the goods that are the subject of the contract have been returned or until the Customer has provided evidence that they have returned the goods, depending on which occurs first.

If the Customer has chosen a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to reimburse the Customer for the cost exceeding the standard delivery method.

The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sale transaction and demand that the Customer return the goods if the price of the goods in the online store is mistakenly marked significantly below the market price of the goods.

CLAIMS AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The Online Store uses the Customer's entered personal data for customer communication, order processing, and delivering the goods to the Customer, for sales and customer base research and analysis, and for the development of the user-friendliness of the online store and services.

The Customer's personal data is processed only to the extent that it has become known to the Online Store during the purchase process and through the preparation and fulfillment of the submitted order.

The collected personal data is stored and retained solely for the purposes mentioned above. The Online Store provides personal data to companies providing transport services to deliver the goods. The Online Store provides personal data to contractual partners to fulfill the conditions of the contract concluded with the Customer.

The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the Customer's email address only if the Customer has expressed a desire to receive them by entering their email address on the website and has indicated their desire to receive direct mail notifications.

The Customer may at any time opt-out of the offers and newsletters sent to their email by notifying us by email or by following the instructions provided in an email containing the offers.

RESOLVING DISPUTES
If the Customer has any complaints about the Online Store, they should send them to the email address veebipoodvillem@gmail.com
If the Customer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the Customer may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee of Estonia. The Consumer Dispute Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract concluded between the Customer and the Online Store. The examination of the Customer's complaint in the committee is free of charge. The Customer may also turn to the European Union's online dispute resolution platform.
