How to use?
Dissolve 1 tablet in 500 ml of water and let it dissolve for about 15 minutes. The manufacturer recommends consuming 1 tablet per 500 ml of water per hour during training or after physical exertion.
According to Baouw, the longer-than-usual dissolution time of the tablets is due to their high content of minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants, and the fact that no sorbitol is used in the formulation.
