Attention! Oil may form on top of the creams, which is completely normal. Since there are no added fats, the naturally occurring fat in the nuts comes to the fore. Just mix the cream thoroughly before use. A big plus is that you don't have to keep the cream in the fridge - the nut fat prevents it from going rancid. If you prefer the sweet cold, it can of course also be stored in the refrigerator, but it is completely individual. 😊

What does PREMIUM mean?

The fact that if you compare the ingredients of other similar products and their quality, you will see that here is significantly higher nut content than most of those sold in regular supermarkets. In most cases, there are 10-15% (max) of nuts. Oils and fats are added to reduce the consumption of the main ingredients. Then the price can be kept lower. Teo&Bia has not done this and offers only the highest quality.
